Cosmic Council of Ascended Lights 
Question: Can you explain how the cosmic council of Ascended Lights started?
Blessings to you and Light Abundant to all souls. This is one of the questions I am not often asked and I am grateful it has surfaced again because it is important to understand the origin of this Cosmic Council. When humankind chose to fall into the darkened realms, they decided to do this as one complete family. Discovering that an entire species chose, in unison, to fall away from the higher realms of God’s Light is a shock. Most people assume that certain souls fell and this action eventually initiated others to fall until the time came when everyone was then consumed into a dark or darkened life creation. Although it would be easier to believe this scenario, it would not be Truth. Instead, the entire family of humankind made that decision together. Why they chose to do this has always been the greatest mystery of this species. During that time humanity was ONE. Division had never been necessary. However, slightly more than three hundred souls chose not to accept this fall into darkness. The energy of division then entered our species. Out of the three hundred souls, there were only about fifty who held a cosmic frequency rating of 888. Immanuel who is also known as "The Cosmic Christ" Light retained his 888 rating and this allows him a certain freedom in multiple infinity lines of life. I, too, refused to accept "The Fall" and have also retained my original frequency rating of 888. A frequency rating of 888 is designated for all the Son’s and Daughters of God who have never lost any measure of their original Divine Purity and have never decided, even for a moment, to fall away from the higher realms of God’s Light.
After the decision was made and humankind stopped being obedient to God’s Cosmic Law, it took awhile for the planet to “descend” into a lower frequency and become more form than Light and to accept mortality. Prior to the fall, all the members of this family of God’s Divine Children had immortality. When this descent happened, God’s Cosmic Law was replaced by the Law of Karma and all the populations came under this Karmic Law for their growth by mortality and eventual evolution.
Immanuel was the one who created the Cosmic Council of Ascended Lights. He has been given many names by God which reveal or highlight some of his attributes. The giving of spiritual names is common with all those who have an 888 cosmic coding. Immanuel is known as the Cosmic Christ Light or Maitreya or Ishtar or many other designations. I also have been given many names by the Creator according to the tasks given to me and that reveal some of my gifts.
This Cosmic Christ Light brought all those who had refused the GREAT FALL into community and found a way to project their Light into the space around the distant upper regions of the changing planet. This formed a shift in the existing Light which, over time, attracted all those souls who could achieve victory over the Law of Karma and experience Ascension from a “revolving door” system of repeating incarnations into form. These amazing souls had learned to stand free of the darkened Light, and had so added a greater measure of good into the whole with their love for others, and for God, that it actually lifted up their Spirit into a compatible affinity which became called The Cosmic Council of God’s Ascended Lights.
These Ascended Lights are all Spiritual Champions who once accepted the Fall but have earned their way back into an immortal status. They are once again compliant with God’s Cosmic Law and all of them are pledged to work towards freeing humankind and to restoring them to their previous Light. Throughout the Ages they have connected with other souls of Earth who are also working their way out of the Law of Karma by expanding their love and thus their Light. In the past these ‘students of ascension” were called disciples and initiates. The Light and original purity of Immanuel still encompasses the entire council and this allows them the ability to stand free of any discord found in this universe. Therefore, they are able to function with freedom, and without distraction on the Divine Co-Creator Levels in this Universe. Because of this, many useful connections with other species have been achieved. Some of these different species have form bodies and some do not.
God incarnated Immanuel on Earth, as Jesus Christ, two thousand years ago. Immanuel redeemed humanity from a tremendous amount of Karma and for his work, and his great sacrifice, he was given the honor of holding God’s core Light of Purity for this world. Before this could become reality the claim put upon Earth and upon humankind by the universal dark Lights had to be rectified. In other words someone had to pay off the complete debt that was owed by the intrusion of this world into their ‘space’. This type of Cosmic Task is massive and can only be accomplished in one lifetime by a “Pure One” who retains an 888 cosmic coding. No one in Earth’s Cosmic Council of Ascended Lights had an 888 coding since all of them, at one time, had agreed and accepted THE FALL. It was for this reason, that over one hundred years ago, they sent forth a call into the highest realms of Heaven for God to return a “Pure One” to Earth.
God heard and answered their call. I was sent to Earth and began at age six to work in direct partnership with the One Absolute Creator. This was dome to “pay off” the remaining universal debt of freedom for humankind and for this entire planet in order that it may be restored to its former Light. A good number of these Ascended Lights or Master Spiritual Champions, aided by their Lightworkers, also came forth into form. This Plan for human freedom was quite extensive. They have sought to do all they can to assist in this noble effort for freedom. We work also that our
Beloved Immanuel be returned and restored to his rightful place as the designated core Light of God’s Purity on Earth. When this magnificent Divine Light returns, then as according to God’s Will, Heaven will be on Earth. God’s Will Be Done.
