1. Under what conditions can books be returned?

Books can be returned if the book sent is not the book originally ordered, or if the material in the book is not the same as advertised on the website. |

2. If the books are temporarily sold out, how can I be placed on a priority waiting list for the next publication? |

3. How many books can be ordered in one shipment? Is there a limit? |
|---|
Our initial shipping and handling rates (media mail or priority mail) can cover a shipment of up to five books per single order. Postal orders are always charged by weight, and if more than five books are ordered by the same purchase, then the shipping and handling rates increase according to the additional weight.
We accept a higher rate ($9.00) for shipping and handling on all international orders of up to a total of five books. Please contact us for rates on orders of six books and higher. |

We accept U.S. checks, although the check must clear the bank before the order is sent out. All NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) checks will be charged a $30 fee. |

10. How often is the Newsletter, ILLUMINATION FLAME, published? |

Currently, it is published six times a year or every other month. We would like to increase publication to monthly and encourage others to send us short articles for publication. Our editing staff is happy to assist beginning authors who have limited writing experience. If needed, we will work with you to improve the structure of your article.

11. Why do you offer the newsletter in both PDF and HTML formats? |

|
HTML formats are necessary for search engine optimization. PDF (partition data file) is a secure file used to print or view publications on Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most computers have Adobe Acrobat Reader. If your computer does not have it, then you can download this software for no cost at Adobe.com. Click on Acrobat Reader icon for download. |

12. Will you accept additional articles for your newsletter? |

Yes. There is no fee for having your articles published in the ILLUMINATION FLAME. Articles must be a minimum of 500-800 words and emailed to the Editor at info@.onhi.org . Upon acceptance, we will publish your name, email address, and website with the article if you request it. Topics must be geared towards Spirituality, Self-Empowerment, Raising Consciousness , or Planetary Citizenship. Productive personal experiences caused by connecting to the energy of The Avatara Emanuella or any of The Ascended Masters Manifested are also considered for publication. |

20. I have always wanted to become part of a spiritual organization. What can I do to help? |

We are always seeking those who have computer, graphic, and web design skills. People are needed to write short articles, become involved in the promotion of our spiritual goals, services, and fundraising. Connecting with those who are interested in networking with other spiritual seekers or Lightworkers is another constant goal for us. |

21. Can I speak to the Avatara Emanuella directly? |

|
Private consultations with the Avatar are infrequent. She spends large portions of each day in deep mediation. The remainder of her time is spent in giving Ascension Courses, writing books, and assisting, whenever possible, the associates connected to the One World Heart Institute. |

22. Is there anything I can do to assist the Avatara Emanuella with her work? |

|
Yes. She is requesting for those interested in assisting with the spiritual transformation of earth to meditate for five or ten minutes daily, and to send out the energy of Love into the atmosphere of the planet. Establishing Healing Circles (see services section) is another way to be of service. Sending questions to her in the process of spiritual awakening is also helpful. Some of these questions, if applicable, could be used in our book series on Aquarian Principles.

PDF is Portable Document Format file. It is the de facto standard for secure, and reliable distribution of electronic documents, or forms around the world, with a ten-year track record. PDF is a universal file format that preserves the fonts, images, graphics, and layout of any source document, regardless of the application, or platform used to create it. Adobe PDF files are compact and can be shared, viewed, or printed (based upon the publishers security settings) by anyone with free Adobe Reader software. It is compatible for Windows, and MAC operating sytems. Our Newsletter and ebook(s) uses Portable Document Format (PDF) files by Adobe Acrobat Reader which allows you to read PDF files. Most desktop computers have have Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, download it for free by simply clicking on the Adobe icon below.
