We use Virtual VauIt, a product of CBprotect which protects our digital copyrights by locking, and encrypting our ebook(s). This prevents software piracy.

After completing your ebook purchase, an access code will be sent to your email address to unlock your downloaded ebook. If you need additional help in unlocking your ebook, see the following help instrucions:

Help Instructions

1.) Your downloaded eBook will have one of the following 3-D padlock icons below.

2.) Insure that internet service is running then, Double Click on the 3-D padlock icon, and enter your access code provided to you via email.

3.) After double clicking on the 3-D padlock, an access code screen will appear. The following will be displayed:
