Chapter Nine

"As we know, the goal of the soul is to make a unique contribution into the world of form thereby revealing the potential of unique spiritual purpose which is present in each person. Patterns that allow energy to flow faster are of more interest to the soul since effects can be reproduced more rapidly. Therefore, the shape of the triangle is more pleasing than the square, and the shape of the circle is considered superior to both triangle and square. The circle is proven to be the most energy efficient configuration. Energy flows faster in a circular pattern while the movement of energy is less rapid with the triangle and even slower with the square. "

"Aquarian spiritual masters are aware that the general human psyche is vibrating at the square pattern of energy. This is descriptive of the frequency plus the average electrical momentum or movement seen with brain activity. A significant portion of our species is in the process of moving from the square to the triangle. Be aware such transformations are just beginning in our species and will continue to expand throughout the entire Aquarian Era. This new energetic momentum allows them access into dimensions not experienced by those who are still vibrating at a lower frequency. Such people have actually phase shifted or transcended the average third dimensional reality. Again, this is difficult for people to understand if they have not experienced it themselves. It has also been very challenging to comprehend this strange group of people called Lightworkers as their average dimensional focus is fourth or in some few cases fifth dimensional. Collectively, even this remarkable group of future visionaries has not achieved balance or mastery inter-dimensionally. Most are found frequently expressing volumes of information, from multiple conflicting sources, that the general public does not view as important or relevant to their individual spiritual journeys. Lightworkers constitute a global grouping with a predominate fourth dimensional focus whereas the rest of humankind remains focused on the third dimension. Since Humanity is their chosen field of service, this inability to find an effective bridge of understanding between the experiences of third and fourth dimensional realities constitutes a real challenge for them. Lightworkers did not take incarnation to pull the attention of the general public to themselves in ways that appear self-serving or self-aggrandizing. Their purpose is not to glorify the Ascended Masters as the new Gods and Goddesses of Earth. We do not need to replace old intermediaries between God and Humankind with a plethora of new ones called The Ascended Host. Our task is to empower human beings; we must not merely shift their existing dependencies onto another source. This entire concept of intermediaries needs to be transcended because our species hungers for a new partnership, a new personal relationship, and a new more mature covenant with their Creator. "

Chapter One

"The periodic realignment of cosmic bodies within space produces certain forces of energy that innervate not only our planet but the Solar System as well. This alignment is usually perceived as a change in the position of the stellar bodies, but this is only partially correct. A shift in the vibrational level is occurring and this shift is resulting from a source greater than our Sun. It is taking place within the galaxy in which we live. This extremely tiny and minute change will produce profound effects within many systems. Our Sun along with its surrounding planets is being affected; the planets in this system are altering their intrinsic vibration in response to the overall changes transpiring within the Milky Way Galaxy. All life upon Earth is being affected."

"There are many changes that lie ahead in our immediate future. Some of the planetary changes will stimulate humanity to act with more wisdom. Some of the challenges will test the spirit of humankind, and perhaps it will forge a greater strength than ever seen before. Certainly, this is a time of uncertainty and confusion where the new is appearing very rapidly. The transitional phase between one astrological age and another began some time ago and is nearing completion; it will not be over in a year and it will not be over in five years, but it is coming to a close. What was started in the Piscean Age will reach even greater completion in Aquarius. Today, light comes forth from many and for those with eyes to see, humanity is just beginning to shine with a new emerging quality."

"There is a systematic and progressive process that unlocks our hidden talents and abilities. It is a system of transformation designed to expand average conscious perception by connecting and fusing with Spirit. "The challenges confronting humanity at the beginning of the twenty-first century seem complex and overwhelming. Frustration, apathy, and inertia have entered the hearts of so many. Our level of awareness is reflected by our capacity to heal with knowledge in conjunction with the power of an awakened heart. Our strength lies not only in our unity but also in our diversity. Healing is possible for our world, our civilization, and for us. It is time for all of us who choose to help one another to stand in unity and purpose. "

Chapter Two

"This direction of consciousness is called an expression of focus. The focus of the scientifically based technological movement appears to be exclusively external , yet it developed from the intense internal concentration of intelligence. Creation was dependent on a select few to bring something valuable forward for the whole. The focus of the emerging Spiritual movement appears to be based exclusively upon an internal awareness, yet it has emerged from an intense external concentration of goodwill. The focus began with concern for the entire human condition before emphasis was placed upon the specifics of individual awareness. Here, we have the example of a large group of people uniting in order to bring something valuable forward for all. Both these movements demonstrate a combined internal and external focus, yet they are used in a manner that complements one another. One leads with the head, another leads with the heart. To the untrained eye, each movement appears to be quite dissimilar, yet it is just another situation where the primary function is perceived by others to be in one case concrete, and in the other abstract. One appears to be a left brain approach while the other is right brain. The human brain is designed to use the abstract and concrete methods of perception in harmony while maintaining an internal and external focus. Since some of us use one more than another at different times throughout the course of a lifetime, we can view each other quite differently. "

"The most easily perceived correspondence to this is the difference between male and female gender. The dynamic masculine energies have a more specific, concrete expression, while the feminine energies are predominately demonstrated in comprehensive, abstract ways. In order for the abstract to be understood, it must also be expressed concretely, and in order for the concrete to reflect the whole, it must be expressed abstractly. What this means is that these two reality perspectives must blend more effectively in humanity thereby creating better balance and stability upon our world. Since each individual person contains both aspects, one might very well ask if one aspect is actively expressed, then is the other somehow held within as reserved power. During the Soul fusion process, the predominant energy pattern (dynamic or nurturing) as well as the major method of focus (internal or external) frequently reverses several times. This gives us insights into the reason for that change. Eventually both the concrete and abstract patterns of thought blend creating higher levels of functioning called Enlightenment . Since this is a gradual blending, Enlightenment occurs in successive stages, and understanding becomes more progressively advanced. This is an example of knowledge that can eventually be expressed concretely abstract, or with equal proficiency as, abstractly concrete. It is the entire field of knowing as expressed by human beings."

"Spiritual students have been describing this expression of focus for millennia in terms of Ego and Soul. The personality/ ego is projected externally into the immediate environment. Conversely, the soul is reached by reversing the focus and sustaining an intense internal focus. In Aquarius our internal soul and external ego aspects will merge together in ways not seen before. Some people will go further, fusing the two aspects into one. The result is a wholeness superior to the sum of both ego and soul. It is called the Spirit or entering into the realm of the super-conscious. In this dimension one moves beyond thought and evolves by experiencing various states of Cosmic Being. These remarkable groups will come to be recognized as: The Enlightened Knowers. They possess the skills to tap into infinite potential, move beyond time and space, explore the realities of alternative dimensions, and engage in trans-species communication. Bi-location, clairaudience, clairsentience, clairvoyance, and matter materializations are also skills used by the enlightened. They function as spirit and matter coalesced into one superior essence. Each one reveals knowledge and demonstrates abilities far above the average. As difficult as it might be to believe, even this exalted stage of human evolution will be replicated in group formation in Aquarius. Enlightenment, in Aquarius, also expands beyond individual boundaries to appear as entire groups composed of The Enlightened."

"Humanity identifies the Divine Soul with Christ and identifies Christ with the Love Principle and Divine Love. Individuals view love as the highest quality able to be expressed or experienced. It is usually linked with one's personal Soul-Mate relationships. Love is then viewed as the principle containing the greatest power in life because human beings will give up their lives willingly for those they love. During the past two thousand years our understanding of love has been perceived almost exclusively as emotion. Love is regularly perceived in such a manner when people are in the process of developing a set of collective higher values; a healthier more developed emotional body, and a firm belief in the guidance of superior Divine Forces. Slowly personalities evolve from an emotional immaturity to arrive at an aspect of love called: Emotional Intelligence. When this point is reached, one's ability to love is further intensified. Instead of being able to love one another, these people begin the expansion that ultimately allows them to love all others. In the Age of Aquarius, more mental development in conjunction with an emotional intelligence will add to our existing understanding of love. It will evolve beyond the emotional into the mental where love is also understood in terms of responsibility, commitment, and honor. Therefore, we will still have the emotional responses to love yet there will be a more stable and balanced emotional expression in combination with a new evolved understanding. "

"Various layers of understanding exist regarding the human Soul. The first layer, level, or stage of realization regarding the Soul is that it functions as the conscience of a personality. Later realizations include the Soul as the higher self, inner self or the inner guide of the personality. It then becomes understood as the known and unknown or the realized and the unmanifest. As fusion occurs between personality and this higher self, one eventually understands the Soul as the Knower of life. From this point, one begins to be impacted by the mystery of duality or the paradoxes of physical form life and Spirit. Such experiences become the transition from Soul into Spirit revealing the Super-conscious Reality of Divine Illumination where duality is finally transcended and all that IS is seen to be one. Spiritual love is then understood and experienced as loving the total essence of another, and it includes all that is form and all that is energy. This form of love is enormously expansive, including all that is life upon Earth and all that exists beyond the Earth. Spiritual love means to love another as a triad of personality, Soul, and Spirit. At this current time, humanity does not love the Divine aspect within them that connects our species to the Cosmos, for they do not know it. In the past certain individuals appeared who functioned in the Divine Levels. What people know of this exalted state has been learned from others. Unfortunately, humankind does not know their Divine Aspect; they have minimal direct experience with it, and they have an immature understanding of it."

Chapter Three

"The highest aspect of the Soul blends into Spirit which contains a super-conscious perception of life. This Spirit component is intimately intertwined with the semi-dormant Divine Spark. Therefore, in order to comprehend the total scope of this energy being who is working through a physical form body, it has been delineated into certain major segments. The first is the conscious external personality. The second is the higher self or Soul, while the third is the universal super-conscious Spirit aspect. The fourth component is the Divine Spark. Human beings are then said to possess a personality, a Soul, a Spirit, and a Divine Spark that fuses them directly into Divine realms of the Absolute Source."

"Each of these aspects has a slightly different electromagnetic pattern, with only one energy pattern being dominant at any given time until one reaches the higher dimensions where multiple major energetic patterns exist simultaneously. The vast majority of people live out their lives being aware only of the external personality. Some do become aware of the existence of something they call their higher self or soul. Using various techniques, they begin the process of externalizing this greater aspect of themselves from a unconscious condition into one of full conscious manifestation. During this transition, the pre-existing dominant electromagnetic pattern of the personality awareness within the brain gradually transforms into another major pattern."

"These changes alter hormonal production and brain chemistries, producing unusual physiological sensations, heightened sensitivities, and altered perceptions. People have frequently identified such occurrences as part of the Kundalini effect. Once the unconscious aspect of the Soul is fully expressed, these unusual occurrences reduce from continuous to periodic. The recipient is left with a new advanced comprehensive knowing of life. Frequently, additional abilities that normally lies dormant within a human being become active. These people are then described as Awakened Souls who have achieved an advanced degree of Enlightenment. Since the super-conscious Spirit aspect has not yet been fully manifested, they cannot be called Illuminated. Nevertheless, all the new Aquarian teachers now working within the realm of the human conscious and subconscious have externalized their own Souls and are continuing the process of super-conscious expression by striving to externalize their infinite Spirit."

Chapter Five

"The third aspect of consciousness is called the Super-conscious. While humanity struggles to comprehend and to experience more of its own Soul knowledge, relatively little is currently known about the Super-conscious Infinite Spirit. It is this portion of our being that has the potential to express abilities so advanced that it resembles mere fantasy. Just as it is possible for the personality and the Soul to become one, it is also possible for the Soul aspect to fuse as one with the Super-conscious. One would then have a manifested triad of incredible potency expressed into matter. This infrequent event is called Illumination. The awareness contained within Spirit is called Universal or Multi-Universal whereas Soul awareness is called Planetary, Solar, or Galactic. "

"It is important to understand that the personality and the Soul are two complete wholes; they are not fragments of one another. As the indwelling Soul succeeds in controlling the various parts of the brain, the personality is simultaneously directed and guided throughout life. The personality does not become aware of the activities of the Soul for some time. Many never experience direct Soul contact. Although we say that this higher controller is also subconscious, it is actually the personality who gradually becomes aware of the higher aspects of its own being. The Soul is aware of its personality and strives to guide its continuing development. Ego and Soul function in a synergistic manner. One learns to comprehend and then to function effectively within its external environment. The other learns to expand and finally to master expansive bio-plasmic, electro-dynamic, magnetic fields of energy. Both these aspects of human consciousness are two complete wholes that are destined to function as one; their areas of specialization have been different and complementary. When both aspects are consciously working in union with each other, then progress upon the course of human evolution is accelerated and people experience expanded perceptions of life. "

"Although personalities are guided, they are certainly not mere puppets. The personality is self-aware and it possesses free will. Anyone who has ever tried to battle the mental chatter of the ego finds out very quickly just how stubborn the ego can be. Choices by the ego are made constantly and changed frequently as experience deepens. The personality ego believes that it slowly learns the most beneficial actions, feelings, and thoughts. It believes that external experience in combination with genetics has defined its nature, its character, and its identity. Until greater insight occurs, the ego exists in a reality primarily composed of responding to effects. People spend their lives wondering if a deeper purpose to life exists than what is so visually apparent. Each person struggles to put the parts together in such a manner that it describes the whole with complete accuracy and removes the mystery from life. "

"For decades most people will explore this external reality of life finding some answers but never enough. This mechanistic method for assessing all that is does not work. It is the Soul that exists in the world of higher causes. It is the Spirit that exists in the realm of infinite purpose. In order to unlock the mysteries of each individual life, the external focus must begin to expand internally as well. It is for this reason that one single guideline is repeated over and over to others throughout millennia: THE ANSWER LIES WITHIN. The self-aware personality must probe within itself and strive to connect with the Soul. "

Chapter Six

"Consciousness is the arena which unites the parts, revealing the comprehensive quality of the whole, yet it also fuses the parts to the whole and the whole to all its parts until all that exists is ONE . We can summarize the old and the new as follows since the way ahead will see a blending of both approaches for quite some time. "

b.)"Level Four is the bridge between the Level Three Personality and the reality of Level Five, which is the domain of the Awakened Soul. In order to possess such a state of being, one must externalize the human subconscious into conscious awareness as the Soul works directly with the subconscious mind. Level Four teaches one how to build this bridge and then how to cross it while keeping one's balance. The thinker becomes the believer on its way to fusion with the Knower. When the personality fuses with the greater awareness of the Soul, all that one is expands; it does not contract. Nothing is ever lost. Nothing within is ever completely destroyed. Energy does not die; it mutates, changing constantly. Fear has caused many people to discount the possibility of contacting new realities within the psyche. While change can be difficult, it usually stimulates new growth in one or more areas of life. Seek instead to progress slowly and steadily, using wisdom to evaluate each little step taken. If people can use wisdom, they can cross the bridge without difficulty. However, if one is impatient, impulsive, and foolish, then they will slip again and again. It is also possible to fall off the bridge into the darkness of personality disintegration and insanity, causing harm to the self or to many others. Wisdom is the armor worn to reach Level Five intact. Intelligent Love (Wisdom) must be applied continually to self as well as others. Use the information contained within the following two chapters with great care or it is possible to slip and perhaps even fall. "

"The Soul contains all that is known, whereas the Spirit or Oversoul, with its super-conscious awareness, contains all that one is. Each person, of course, has the potential for great good or great evil. It has always been this way for our species. During exploration of the unconscious, dangerous thoughts wholly incompatible with social responsibility can be experienced. Remember the entire field of psychology developed to examine neurotic and psychotic behavior driven by subconscious motivations. The Soul has absorbed everything ever encountered by the personality. Subsequently, unhealthy behavior patterns and belief systems were, most probably, absorbed as well. The importance of developing a healthy responsibility within the first three levels of awareness cannot be overemphasized. All new perceptions must be contrasted against one's highest understanding of morality and values. Unhealthy behaviors or thoughts must be transcended if one desires to evolve into the highest aspects of human spirituality. Some subconscious patterns can be destructive and need to be replaced with more productive understandings. Establishing a completed, healthy personality is the essential foundation upon which all advanced perceptions must be built."

"These groups of Aquarian World Servers were advocates of a new Spiritual theosophy. They taught God and humanity were not to be perceived as separate. Life was viewed as a vast interconnecting web linking both man and God into one vast cosmic entity. Creator and created were actually fused into one. Such ideas were a radical departure from existing beliefs that were present on our planet up to a mere forty years ago, yet it effectively opened the door to accepting our basic life force is intrinsically blended with all that exists. Therefore, God is as much a part of us as we are a part of God."

"This was only the beginning. Humanity was no longer seen as ignorant children waiting expectantly in hopes of some Divine intervention designed to save us from ourselves. Nor were we perceived as adolescents who were caught up helplessly in powerful forces of energy and spinning out of control. Instead we were viewed as a maturing species that was striving to demonstrate their inherent Spiritual responsibility through a partnership with the entire life process. In a relatively brief period of time, humanity was taking a leap forward in perception from a childish state of isolated self-centered awareness into a condition of advanced planetary awareness. The part was also beginning to see itself as the whole. This was an expansion from the mechanistic part perspective into a causal reality. Humanity, being encouraged to look beyond the world of effects, was responding now to the world of causes on a much greater scale than ever before. Suddenly a new vision appeared in the minds of many people within the human family. It was accepted first by millions of people throughout our planet who had entered a Level Three Reality Expansion and were able to sustain a more mature mental polarization. Now it continues to spread affecting individuals found on all levels of awareness depending upon the degree of receptivity. The long-awaited Paradigm Shift had finally arrived and it grows stronger with each passing decade. The new group of World Servers had functioned as a catalyst for these new perceptions to enter into the mass mind and while the new understandings continue to be recognized around the world, we have yet to see the mass acceptance of a greater responsibility from humankind. As with any new endeavor, there is a large amount of talking about what should be done, yet we have not seen the massive global mobilizations within the nations that would be required to actually put new actions into place. Significant changes in behaviors usually take longer than anticipated when working with independent separate global factions."

"These new group members rejected suffering as a normal and natural experience that must be expected or endured to evolve. What a radical idea!!! And it was an idea that was long overdue. They shattered forever the unhealthy belief of enduring pain and hardship to purify the Soul, thereby making it worthy of rewards in the after-life. Martyrdom was not glorified; it was rejected as unnecessary and viewed as psychologically unsound. Dramatic positive changes could now be accomplished through united group work by many organizations motivated towards change and responsive to a shared sense of goodwill. These ideals were also being assimilated globally through a re-affirmation of basic human rights for all peoples. Nations are being held accountable for humane treatment to their populations on a scale not even imagined before. Additionally, a global system has been created to provide basic survival needs to depressed peoples worldwide. Humanitarian relief efforts link many of the developed nations into a compassionate world community. It is a struggling world community, attempting to deal with so many mammoth issues; however, the new goals have been set. The older model for Spiritual growth that focused on the Crucifixion while highlighting the reality of pain, suffering, destruction, and death, was being overshadowed by a stronger force. This force was a new Spiritual awakening, emphasizing the Ascension into greater life and focusing instead upon peace, health, and constructive changes around the world. "

Chapter Seven

"Contact with the world of the soul is always an expansive experience because it reveals the mysteries of infinite potential. The soul functions as a unifying force of energy constantly interacting and integrating with matter, causing a wide variety of effects to occur. Direct contact with it serves to lessen the complete absorption with physical form and soul fusion opens up a new experiential world of energy and knowledge to the Spiritual seeker. For two thousand years, humanity has struggled to comprehend the Soul as the eternal cosmic principle of Love. Unfortunately, because of humanity's emotional immaturity and great need for nurturing, love was perceived to be only an emotion. The highest form of emotion was compassion for others. As the centuries passed, humanity struggled to create a civilization capable of supplying respect and dignity to the general population. To some degree this has been accomplished and the natural human need for respect and dignity has become less acute within some of the more developed nations of the world. Therefore, the advance of populations from Emotional Level Two into Mental Level Three is seen occurring now in these specific geographic locations."

"Whenever contact occurs with the soul, individuals are stimulated toward a greater understanding of unity and oneness. The cause of such stimulation is contact with a higher aspect of us that already exists in a state of wholeness. Connecting with a system of complete unity, wholeness, and oneness vibrate dormant aspects that lie within each of us. It helps to reveal the internal hunger for completeness present in each personality. As a result, we feel a magnetic impulse to join together in harmony with others. Humanity does not seek nor will it ever accept the annihilation of self-awareness evaporating into oblivion within one collective essence. What we yearn for is the freedom of individual uniqueness functioning in unity and harmony with all others. This noble goal is one we shall all strive to create in the Aquarian Age. "

"Since the Soul exists as limitless potential, contact allows us to touch the realm of the infinite. However, we remain limited in our capacity to respond. Responsiveness depends upon our own level of evolvement and perception. Each contact helps us to grow a little more. We are indeed evolving. Throughout the world, love is being understood more expansively. Now it can be seen also as a partnership of shared goodwill. A new global civilization is emerging from our expanding awareness. This civilization will grow to contain advanced knowledge, greater order, and worldwide goodwill towards others. Mutually beneficial partnerships between nations are serving to transcend old barriers of separation, replacing national isolation with international cooperation."

"Enlightened Souls are individuals who are functioning as examples of the Fifth Dimensional Level within human conscious evolution. At this stage subconscious knowing has been externalized and has merged into full awareness. These people are the advanced Knowers of the human race. A common misconception pertaining to Awakened Souls is that each one posses an IQ equivalent to Einstein. Comprehending their impact upon humanity entails assessing all contributions in terms of quality rather than quantity. Each of them shares a similar level of knowledge but can choose to express advanced human potential in various ways. Although the same level of reality is shared, their particular methods of service can vary greatly. All strive to reveal a greater truth not yet perceived or accepted by others. Their work usually has far reaching effects influencing a large number of people. The Enlightened can also function as the conscience of a community, a nation, or a race. All advanced beings attempt to reduce confusion, promote unity, and remove suffering. Being advanced does not mean they are perfect. People often have unrealistic expectations of their abilities or their character. On Level Five, Souls are enlightened but not yet illuminated. Do not expect them to portray the example of Divinity in form. Establishing greater realizations of truth is usually difficult because of human resistance and conflict is not an uncommon occurrence. Their work vibrates the hearts of others resulting in a greater release of compassion and goodwill. Most are greatly beloved by those they seek to serve. While we can expect to see the periodic emergence of advanced or great souls who function as leaders, more and more enlightened beings are choosing to work in groups who have formed a group conscious soul. Helping to expand self-awareness into group awareness is an important goal throughout the world at this time."

"Today we are at the beginning of a new astrological age that is bringing forth more knowledge, different skills, and greater challenges for our species. People do not all grow at the same rate. Fortunately, our race has already produced a good number of Mental and Spiritual Piscean teachers. Some are quite advanced. Secondly, Piscean spiritual educators reaffirm the existence of human spirituality and our existing fusion to the Divine Spiritual Kingdom . The reality of Deity is confirmed and emphasis is placed upon expanding social responsibilities, increasing the energy of love, and promoting constructive activities designed to create unity. Learning to trust the small still voice within is an important first step if one desires to connect with the Soul. The intuitive bridge must be built in order to express higher comprehensive knowing. Piscean spiritual teachers can provide the seeker with individual guidance during meditation. Initially, having a resource capable of giving specific directions is quite helpful. Ultimately, experience teaches people to rely on the guidance of their own Souls. "On rare occasions Souls join together to remove a mass illusion. In such a situation, the majority of humanity would have accepted a certain belief as an irrefutable truth. The belief would have existed for a lengthy period of time, slowly becoming deeply imbedded within the global mind. Until humankind realizes who they are and have always been, illusions continue to distort reality. However, advanced beings do not attempt to drag people through the evolutionary process by the sheer force of enlightened will. In fact, they seek only to assist in removing beliefs already identified by society to be preventing growth or causing mass suffering. In order to remove an illusion, it must be replaced with a higher truth. Consequently, this group would have to possess superior knowledge not yet perceived by the general population. These situations frequently call for solutions where none appear to exist. All previous resources would have been exhausted and proven to be unsuccessful at removing the problem. Since it is so difficult to remove a mass illusion, few people have the skills or stamina to even attempt it. Success is possible, but it requires the assistance of many to consistently disseminate the higher truth throughout the population. This type of activity is classified as intermediate group work. Each participant would have to demonstrate how the new knowledge effectively resolved the current dilemma. For this group, merely assessing the problem accurately is a daunting challenge. The following criteria highlight some of the situations evaluated prior to undertaking such a project: "

• Successful goals reached in the previous Astrological Age.

• A thorough assessment of the level of awareness existing in all populated areas upon Earth.

• All the particular trends of thought in conjunction with manifested abilities, limitations, and quality of creative expression.

• The intensity, type, and effectiveness of conflict being used to stimulate growth.

• Major and minor illusions already creating the predominate reality.

• The will of the populations verses the intelligence, understanding, and momentum of the segment propelling the race.

• Factions positioned to slow or stop the momentum of this catalytic segment.

• The availability and distribution of global resources.

• All the nations and the general structure of the entire civilization. This reflects the degree of higher potential being expressed into matter.

• Responsiveness of the collective personality to the guidance of the Global Soul.

"The Age of Aquarius is rising steadily and formation is not dependent upon a few individuals, groups, or nations. Too many people throughout the world are expanding from self-identity to group awareness. Aquarius is also being brought forth by tremendously potent cosmic influences. It is a partnership between Divine Will and human will. The major transition period that bridges Pisces and Aquarius has already existed for hundreds of years. What we see now is an example of the final segment of this transition period. What is visible today on Earth is the early structure of our first Aquarian Civilization. Global unity, world peace, and the value of all peoples are ideals conditioning the collective mind of humanity. If we are fortunate, the beauty of our next humanitarian age will flower before the twenty-first century comes to a close. National conflicts could delay the process until much later. Response to the new depends on human will."

"Throughout much of the Piscean Era, love was perceived as emotional and devotional. Love One Another was interpreted by most people as demonstrating charity, kindness, and compassion through self-sacrifice. Unfortunately, even self-sacrifice taken to unhealthy extremes was considered virtuous. Eventually chronic self-sacrifice developed into codependence. Codependence evolved into apathy. Apathy was then expressed as personal, national, and global irresponsibility. Now, emotional love is expanding into intelligent love. New attitudes of caring for one another will be based upon respect, equality, and an appreciation of diversity. Problem resolution is advancing through intelligent compromise. Physical confrontation as a means to an end is being accepted as less mature than mutual negotiations. Communication used with wisdom can resolve a great many international conflicts.. Gradually, a new world is emerging to encompass the old Piscean perception of strength through isolation."

"Six-pointed stars represent the Sixth Level of perception and symbolize the realm of Spirit. This symbol is formed by blending together two triangles; one is descending and one is ascending. It represents the involution or descent into matter from the highest spiritual realms and the evolution or ascension from matter back into the highest realms. Whereas the 5-pointed star has come to mean the redemption of the human soul into the Light; it is the 6-pointed star which heralds the presence of the spiritual fused directly into the material. Even more importantly, this sign verifies the steady forward evolution experienced by humankind towards their ultimate purpose being maintained by the Creator's Will. God's ever present response to the call of its children is represented by the downward involutional triangle."
