THE AGE OF LOVE AND COMPASSION Divine Children of our Creator’s Heart, I salute the compassion of your souls; it is an honor for us to speak to you about the glory of this new emerging Age of the Heart. We are living in the dawning of the Age of Aquarius. What does that mean and what will be the effect on humanity? The Aquarian Age follows the Age of Pisces, which will exist for over 2100 years. The alignment of planetary bodies now occurring continues to produce a quality of energy never before experienced on Earth. The Age of Aquarius will birth a great Spiritual Movement. War will cease, due to the consciousness of humanity rising. With greater tolerance of religious and spiritual beliefs, expanded understanding, love and compassion will expand, resulting eventually in the reality of global unity. Gradually humankind is learning to respect and live in unity with one another. This age of increased spirituality will be manifested by group development on a grand scale. Signs of this are already occurring. The expanding influence of the United Nations, the decrease of autocratic rule, and the increase of solidarity among nations around the world are verification of the changes that are occurring during this early period. Although many are still primarily involved in self-development and self-achievement, the time is coming when working together in service to others will become the normal understanding. In humanitarian groups, members learn to transcend all consuming selfish need. The more one is able to transcend their personality limitations, the more one is able to access the energies of the Soul. This is a fundamental understanding of Spiritual Metaphysics. It is why we are here, to become all we can be and to work together with others in unity and harmony. Imagine the incredible potential that exists in an entire group of people, all working together, transcending limitations, and united in providing service to others. An increase in power, love, and wisdom will flow into group participants when there is a developed and enlightened group soul as the core catalyst. Some of the spiritual groups will be “in spirit” demonstrating various aspects of the transcendent. The glory achieved by a united humanity motivated by the good of the whole will far surpass the great accomplishments of past ages. As humanity uses these Aquarian energies to the fullest, they will learn, in greater increments, to work together in harmony and expand the love within. As a result, suffering will be reduced in the human race as well as in the animal, vegetable and mineral kingdoms. Together, we can free and liberate the oppressed, live in peace and unity, and end the chaotic decline on our planet. Together we can actualize an Age of Love and Peace. In this Age of Aquarius, love and relationships will be vastly different. Large segments of the world’s populations will be less selfish and not think constantly of their own needs, wants, and desires before that of others. Loving another as much as one loves the self indicates a more mature understanding of life. More importantly, they will learn to love a person for the uniqueness of their being and not simply for what they can give to others. Women and men will be more empowered and socially responsible. Balance will come in many areas and this will help tremendously to stabilize our species. People want to be loved, needed, cared for, and respected, yet many are afraid to give to others without expecting something in return. Often, they will use the other person or try to control the other person due to their own insecurities. They may enter into a relationship for the wrong reasons such as fear of being alone, exploitation of the other person, or to possess the other person. If the relationship is based primarily on immature love, true caring and unconditional love are absent and the relationship is destined to have problems or possible failure. It's this not common on our world today? In the future, men and women will share a more equal level of respect, value, and empowerment in a relationship. People in Aquarius will reach a better expansion in their ability to love. They will be more open in accepting their weaknesses or limitations, finding ways to alter or improve their responses, and then utilizing their strengths to be the best they can be. It’s time to stop being ignorant or in denial of whom we actually are. Only by improving our weak areas and utilizing our strengths can we avail ourselves of the numerous growth opportunities present to further enrich ourselves and become the highest functioning loving human being we can be. Then we will possess the knowledge, maturity, understanding, and experience to choose our relationships wisely. It may be impossible to eliminate unhealthy selfishness totally in a relationship, but by learning to love our total being and honor all its aspects, we can strive to live less selfishly. It is immature to withhold love or punish another if they do not meet our needs. This does not demonstrate a higher love. One of the ongoing goals present in Aquarius is to transcend the self-centered Ego into the group consciousness we see with the soul. Expansive love heals the wounded heart and restores beauty to the quality of the soul. Great strides can be made in achieving healthy intimacy in a relationship by focusing on satisfying the following needs: trust, honesty, respect, love, affection, passion, and common interests. Healthy intimacy incorporates a blending of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of love, as well as the ability to negotiate and accept compromise. In the Age of Aquarius, humankind will exhibit a far greater blending of head and heart. In time, we will show love, not hatred; we will share, not selfishly hoard resources; we will value all people, not strive merely for power and material possessions. This will take time, for all great changes take longer than one expects, yet we do know this flower of Aquarius will bloom. Don’t be afraid to love, it is one of God’s greatest gifts to humanity and it is a cardinal principle in the core foundation of New Age Metaphysics. Love is the primary life affirming force in all spiritual beings of Light. In the future, relationships will be based on a more evolved love, where caring and compassion are not looked at as a weakness, where mutual respect and healthy boundaries exist, and where true intimacy, not just the physical state, but the emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects flourish in harmony as the accepted standards of worldwide psychological health. This is the future ahead for humanity. And remember, those you care about the most must be the ones you treat the best, whether it is on an individual, group, or global level. Put aside your fear to love; you are not alone, our love is ever available to provide strength and healing. Let us work together to heal this wounded heart of humankind.
