It is interesting that the initial knowledge of these Ascended Masters emerged in the U.S.A. and that the first direct group externalization of them has also appeared in that same country. This is certainly not a co-incidence, and it appears the U.S.A. is the epicenter of their activities on behalf of human freedom from the darkened energetic structure of distorted light. In distortion fields, the higher truth is fragmented and broken down until the truth becomes difficult and too compartmentalized to understand, creating confusion in souls and a darkening of the original light. All these advanced Wisdom Masters share a similar Atlantean connection, firmly stating that a darkened matrix of light creation came into being at the fall of Atlantis, driving them away from form manifestation on this world and relegated to assisting and guiding the souls of humankind only from the higher Dimensions. No more than three of them at any one time could appear on Earth during the long period of the great darkened matrix. Their individual incarnations were mostly in India, China, Tibet, Egypt, and South America. Working through their students, beginning in the latter part of the Eighteenth Century, they have labored to bring the energies, knowledge, and reality of Ascension into the more modern nations of the world. This has taken well over 130 years to accomplish. Their disciples were almost always ridiculed by those who could not see any value in the style or content of the material. Today, this is changing dramatically, as it is now recognized that their particular style of communication served to add more balance into a civilization that had become excessively left brain dominant in language, education, relationship, finance, and politics. This has largely contributed to an unbalanced global psyche, unrestrained global resource consumption, a denigration of the feminine principle, and frequent violent global confrontations. Being this out of balance means the global psyche is not psychologically healthy.
The soul of the U.S.A. is collectively Atlantean. Therefore, it is to be expected that the first physical manifestation of these Ascended Masters would be in this country which, in certain vital areas, is the material fulfillment under Pisces and also the spiritual Inaugurator of Aquarius. America is a paradoxical country, like so many other nations, and it is often difficult to understand. All these Wisdom Masters speak now of a great “spiritual victory” primarily won by an enlightened female Avatara, although they provided essential support, at a certain juncture, without which the victory could not be complete. They have come forth now to identify themselves and to stand by the side of this powerful Avatara. It is this Avatara who is given the credit for finally “Turning the Wheel of Creation” thereby bringing forth a new matrix of Light to benefit all souls.
The time of the completed victory was at the full moon of May in the year 2005, and it was in May of that same year that the Udumbara Flowers were first found blooming in Korea. Ten Udumbara Flowers (ten is the number of universal completion) were found in full bloom on the right side of the face of a Bodhisattva statue in the Sumi Zen Temple in Korea in May, 2005. This manifestation is recognized in the East as the appearance in form of the one who has rectified global Dharma by justice and not by force. The purity of such a Being is then verified and expressed by the angelic kingdom’s sounding of a Proclamation which manifests these amazing little white bell flowers into form. These supernatural flowers, which have no visible roots, are now being found in other parts of the world, including the U.S.A., and appear on this planet only when the one who “Turns the Wheel of Creation” is in form on Earth. This great spiritual victory has allowed The Wisdom Masters of the Higher Way to take incarnation as a group for the first time in many thousands of years, for they can only stand as one, in form, when there is an Enlightenment Matrix present on the planet. They have come to teach the new way of life and the new advanced growth model of Unity Consciousness.

The African Connection
(The Divine Director)
The Ascended Light called the Master R is also known to us by a designation in the CosmicCouncil of
God’s Ascended Lights as: The Divine Director. He was the teacher and mentor of Saint Germain. The Master R founded the House of Rakoczy where Saint Germain took his ascension into the Light. He has specific talents in maintaining balance in the time-space continuum, and he has connections with multiple universes. One of his specialties is the ability to transmit a small portion of “The Eternal Now” to those able to alter space without paradoxical effects. “The Eternal Now” is the absence of time and space, a state of consciousness with only the Presence-God in action.
We call particular attention to this member of God’s Cosmic Council of Ascended Lights and his most
recent work in regards to winning freedom for the souls of Earth. This work initially paved the way for those who would become instrumental in assuring the success in matter of the first externalization of the Planetary Council of Light. In the not too distant future, we will bear witness to an entire continent as it becomes a global focal point for Earth’s newly established Enlightenment Matrix. With the pouring forth and descent into matter of the Divine Holy Spirit, which is expanding and will become obvious to the world in a short period of time, one space will undergo an extreme transformation. This will be seen as a miraculous demonstration of the cosmic power of the Divine Holy Spirit, for this is one of the places on our world which seems to be hopelessly caught in the clutches of a darkened energetic matrix of Light. Human suffering there is profound. The imminent freeing of this continent, for the Light of God, will re-energize the Spirit Light in all humankind, restoring hope again on Earth. This particular area is called: Africa.
The ancient name for this continent was Alkebulan. It means “mother of humankind.” Africa, the
humankind.” Africa, the current name, was given to this continent by the ancient Greeks and Romans. A heavenly outpouring of the Divine Holy Spirit for humankind is also an outpouring of God’s Holy Cosmic Feminine Principle and Power. The Holy Spirit was often described in the old Gnostic teachings of Christianity as the Divine Feminine. Sociologists have attributed the current decline of our civilization to a severe psychological imbalance in humanity where the feminine principle has been massively denigrated. Since the feminine expression has been linked much more to a predominant right brain focus, the denigration of the female as unequal and less valuable than the male has caused an excessive and predominant world-wide perception focus on the left brain reality understanding of life. Without a balanced focus on the basic equality of both sexes, it was not possible for human perception to accurately reflect reality. Illusion was rampant globally in combination with a denial of reality and an inaccurate understanding of life.
Human beings currently possess two major reality perceptions, and before long, will possess a third.
One of these old reality perceptions was necessary for immediate intelligent action and specific problem solving (left brain), and one was necessary for the comprehensive understanding of life and the wisdom necessary for long-term planning, administration, and distribution of resources. It is obvious, just in looking at the destabilization present throughout our entire planet and its ecosystems that in a civilization dominated and controlled only by men, wisdom would be lacking. Wisdom is a component ascribed to the comprehensive reality perception found in sane people who have a predominant response to right brain functioning. It is also obvious that people who have a balanced and equalized right and left brain functioning would tend to be more advanced than those who do not. A more advanced whole-brained, stable, and balanced response to both internal and external circumstances would then be the manifestation most conducive to growth in both sexes. It would also be substantially effective in moving populations out of a condition of mass illusion and denial and towards a healthier and more proactive involvement with actual reality.
This all embracing creation of male dominance, as superior to the female in our species, has been given
a major boost by all global religions. Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are taught and controlled by men who have made it obvious both by their attitude and religious practices that, even spiritually, women are not perceived equal. If the religious authorities on a world embrace the denigration of over half the populations of Earth as inferior, then how can our entire species accept these religions as being free from illusion? To stand on Earth with spiritual authority and then proclaim by word and deed that half of Earth’s population is inferior to the other half is, quite simply, the pinnacle of separation and division. There can be no realistic harmony in humankind until such massive global biases are transcended. Without such harmony there can be no sane and healthy expression of world wide unity and most assuredly, without unity, we will not experience peace on Earth.
This enormous global prejudice against women has largely contributed to the denigration of the
feminine principle. Since the original name of Africa was Alkebulan (mother of humankind), and we know human beings routinely project their inner illusions and delusions onto outward reality, is it any wonder why an entire continent called The Motherland has been denigrated by prejudice and global assumptions of inferiority? People labeled as less than often “act out” certain behaviors which tend to reinforce unhealthy assumptions. They feel powerless and abandoned by others.
The Divine Director, Master R, works for the maintenance of balance in time and space. This Light of
God’s Grace is frequently registered by those souls who become emboldened by the “flame of Truth” and reach out to their community to restore a Truth that has become darkened. It manifests as a power of God’s Grace to activate a soul who then attempts to “lift up” the darkened Truth into the Light of day.
In the United States of America, we witnessed this phenomenon as a powerful Light of Truth, from the
Divine Director’s energy, which galvanized the great unselfish soul known as: Martin Luther King. His courageous struggle against white prejudice and ignorance was an inspiration to all. Today, it seems hard for people to grasp a time when even the right to vote was denied to our sisters and brothers of Black skin. Nevertheless, it was not that long ago.
A few of Martin’s inspiring words of beauty:
“Any law that uplifts human personality is just,” he wrote. “Any law that degrades human personality is unjust.”
“I have the audacity to believe that people everywhere can have three meals a day for their bodies, education and culture for their minds, and dignity, equality and freedom for their spirits.”
“Any Christian who blindly accepts the opinions of the majority and in fear and timidity follows a path of expediency and social approval is a mental and spiritual slave.”
“Resistance and nonviolence are not in themselves good. There must be another element that must be present in our struggle that then makes our resistance and nonviolence truly meaningful. That element is reconciliation. Our ultimate end must be the creation of the beloved community.”
Our own Lady Emanuella, who is herself an expression of the Divine Feminine, recounts a situation (in her biography) concerning Martin Luther King.
“About twenty-five years into this partnership working with the Creator, a somewhat rare moment
happened. As usual, I was transmuting universal disharmony, and the entire day had been strenuous. Those particular energies being sent to me by God were thick, like molasses, and the chaotic energy had been rolling into me since daybreak. My body felt bruised and sore all over. That day, it was actually difficult to walk. Then, while making tea in the kitchen, I heard the Creator’s gentle voice. ‘What would you have of me?’ A rare event indeed. Usually, I was not asked about my desires or my interests.”
“Many years ago, I had come to terms with the brutality of this little spiritual mission; I could not
remember a day when my body did not cry out in pain. Days of pain had merged into years and now into decades. However, I was never one to turn down an opportunity to speak right up, so, ‘Well, what about Martin?’ I inquired. God whispered back, ‘Martin?’ Oh, it was said so very gently, as if not to disturb even one sore molecule in my body. ‘Yes,’ I said. ‘Martin Luther King, one of America’s spiritual champions. He manifested here as a great soul of Light. This country has made progress towards equality but it seems it is God’s Children with Black skin who still have it worse than most. Will life ever get better for them?’ It was then God declared, ‘Those who have been the least of thee will be the first of thee in the new world.’ This was typical of the enigmatic conversations I usually had with God. Exact specifics were rare. Well, it was definitely worth another try. Caucasians had the privilege of being the greatest power on Earth for a long time now. Rather boldly, I asked, ‘How is this to be done?’ Then came a golden answer, one I could understand!!! God explained, ‘The Rod of Power is passed to those of Black skin in Aquarius.’
“This was clearer. Hearing that another cycle of growth was due to start with the Aquarian Era was
welcome news. People of Black skin would move into many key positions of power. ‘Why not?’ I thought. ‘After all, Jesus was a man of color; certainly he was not a Caucasian!’ It was also the reason that most of us had incarnated into Caucasian bodies. We did so to work off the karmic debt incurred in their treatment of others and in their treatment towards other forms of life. If we could achieve success in our current task to free the spirit of humankind into greater Light, Love, and Life, the victory would be won in Caucasian bodies. This would enable us to transmute a large portion of their karma by bringing forth a tremendous benefit to all the people of Earth. So gently I whispered back to God, ‘This is wonderful news. Finally to see a change in the scales of balance that reflects Divine Justice. Let this family of God’s Light send a wave of Love into Africa that can heal their weary souls.’
Note: In 2008, the New American President is a man with Black skin. His name is Barack Obama. It was a first for this country, and it is another verification of God’s Will bearing fruit. Balance must come to Earth.
The Divine Director is adamant that the continent of Africa will someday house the manifested Planetary
Council of Light. By stimulating the ‘Flame of Truth,’ in the beautiful Light of Martin Luther King, it allowed this particular one of God’s Ascended Lights to anchor into matter the energetic patterns that will eventually expand and help to manifest the Creator’s new edict. ‘The Rod of Power will pass to those of Black skin in Aquarius.’ So be it and Let God’s Will be done now and forever.
This interesting subject pertains to the externalization of the Planetary Hierarchy into form life existence. All souls have an eternal immortal Spirit. Ascended Masters are enlightened immortal Spirits who have all had a number of past incarnations upon our world. As spiritual masters they have achieved freedom from the wheel of rebirth and have completed or are nearing completion of the established course of conscious evolution present on Earth. Each master has connections, on various levels, which are called planetary, solar, galactic, universal, and multi-universal. A large part of their work with souls connected to Earth is accomplished by working through their retreats established within Earth’s etheric body.
In recent decades they have shifted from guiding souls individually to assisting entire groups by stimulating the collective group soul. A growing number of disciples have been able to connect to the vibrational frequency of such masters and to channel information from them. Over the past twenty-five years channeled writings from such beings have gained world-wide popularity. Today, most people who identify with the new Aquarian teachings have heard of the Ascended Masters. Channeled material usually contains distortions owing to the very nature of the process itself and the development present in the receiver; nevertheless these writings have been instrumental in expanding the foundation of the new Aquarian spirituality.
Earth’s Ascended spiritual beings of Light, Love and Life are directly involved in the spiritualization of matter. They are the front line champions. The new Aquarian era which spans slightly more than 2,000 years is a period in human history dramatically different from the preceding Age of Pisces. Members of the planetary spiritual hierarchy are in incarnation today, raising the vibration of the collective whole, assisting in transmuting the karma of enormous soul groups, and releasing more and more information about the emerging Aquarian era. Aquarian souls, advanced spiritual initiates and Ascended Masters will continue to take physical incarnations as a group for the next 300 years until the new foundation is firmly established throughout the world. Those souls who are in various stages of awakening to the spiritual knowledge and opportunities present in the new era are called Lightworkers. There are hundreds of millions of these Lightworkers scattered in all the nations throughout the world. They share the same inner connection of the heart. If viewed from a higher dimensional perspective this global grouping gives the appearance of a massive externalization of a living Divine Heart. It is a collective outpouring of Divine Holy Spirit, in varying intensities, overshadowing millions of people all over the Earth. This is part of the descent of Divine Holy Spirit upon humanity and a primary catalyst for the ongoing spiritualization of matter. This event taking place on our little world is unusual for most of these Lightworkers do not know one another personally and yet all of them share the same convictions, beliefs, and spiritual goals. They constitute a growing united bio-field (L-Field) of energy that has emerged from within the entire collective bio-field of humankind. Millions of souls who are living and expressing the way ahead to the best of their ability; each is linked with spiritual purpose to all others and still each one remains distinctly unique. The more influential members of this group are known as World Servers.
The core light of this global L-Field is composed of the senior Ascended Masters, Eastern Adepts, and the more advanced initiates. Only the senior ascended masters are involved in manifesting multiple life extensions into matter. It is helpful to remember most of the enlightened prefer to work behind the scenes and away from the constant demands of the unawakened. Occasionally, they will periodically identify themselves if it is in accordance with the Creator’s Will and Plan. Most people would have no way of identifying an Ascended Master even if one stood directly in front of them. The masters Maitreya, Kuthumi, El Morya, Djwhal Khul, Lord Lanto, Hilarion, Lady Nada, Lady Rowena, Lady Portia, Serapis Bey, Paul the Venetian, White Eagle, Lord Ling, Master Racozi and a few others have all manifested multiple life extensions into matter. Consequently, at any given time there are up to 7 incarnations of each of these masters in manifestation. Saint Germain who is not the same life stream as the Master Racozi, has not manifested any life extensions into matter at this time because of his growing responsibilities with the incoming 7th ray and its prominent influence in the Aquarian era. However, he continues to overshadow certain disciples who are in physical form. The other masters are also overshadowing disciples throughout the world. The life extensions of Ascended Spiritual Hierarchical Masters are certainly not identical since they exist in different parts of the world and have different ethnic and social backgrounds. Another new development is masters appearing in both male and female form. In our previous age of Pisces such beings appeared only in male form.
Today, transforming planetary energies have made these changes possible. Deciphering why a master chooses to manifest in a certain way is always an exciting educational adventure. Expect each life extension to be different and seek to ascertain the purpose behind these differences as it is usually quite illuminating. These life extensions do not exceed seven. Seven is representative of the number of major spiritual expansions (initiations) available to all peoples upon the dimension of physical form life (3D). It does require a tremendous amount of energy to maintain multiple physical form incarnations simultaneously. Most masters do not express all 7, preferring instead to externalize 3 or 4. Spirit is capable of being in multiple places at the same time. Ascended Masters certainly have this ability as well. One will continue to see multiple simultaneous incarnations of these Aquarian masters appearing in form at least for the next one hundred years. They will come as long as the 3D plane requires a direct infusion of high vibrational beings of light to stabilize this period of intense rapid growth. When our Aquarian momentum is firmly established it will no longer require the current intensive effort of our planetary spiritual hierarchy.
There are many illusions, glamour’s, and misunderstandings pertaining to these advanced spiritual beings. One of their goals while in incarnation is to demystify the platform of human spiritual evolution. In this way, the fusion of spirit with matter will intensify. Humbleness of heart is a hallmark sign of their inner purity. All share a deep love for humanity; they seek only to guide and assist others. You will not find an Ascended Master life extension seeking to control large groups of people. Groups may indeed gather around them to experience the higher vibrational energies and to learn about the opportunities available to souls in the new Aquarian era. All are teachers, healers, and catalytic forces of energy. Each one is a disciplinarian as it requires discipline and effort to evolve spiritually upon this world. Do not expect them to acquiesce to every need and desire present in those who find their way to them. Instead, expect them to be quite different as they have arrived to remove antiquated illusions. Their arrival upon the plane of concrete matter is a blessing for humanity. Let this news go forth rapidly for the hour has struck; Ascended Masters now walk again upon the plane of matter.
